Included in the price are the rent and all utilities (Air-conditioning, WiFi Internet, water, electricity, etc.), as well as bed linen and towels changed weekly. In the kitchen there are dish towels, sponge and soap. Use of washing machine in the basement of the main house is free of charge for all our guests.
The final cleaning fees are: 60 Euro for the holiday house A4+1, 45 Euro for the 2-bedroom apartment A2+2 and 35 Euro for the studio S2.
Pets allowed in A4+1 and A2+2 upon advance notice except in July and August, not allowed in studio S2. Additional cost: 10€ per day and pet.
The tourist tax of the city of Rovinj is included in price and amounts to 1,60 euro from April to September, rest of the year 1,10 Euro per day and adult, 50% for children aged between 12 and 18 years, no tax for children under 12 years.
We ask for down-payment of 20% which is non-refundable, to be paid within 5 days upon reservation to our bank account. In case of cancellation, if possible, we will offer you another time period. It is advisable to make travel insurance. The payment of the balance is to be made in cash upon arrival.
Check-in: from 15,00, chek-out: till 9,00 o’clock. Minimum stay: 5 nights.
Upon arrival, it is necessary to show an identification document (identity card, passport) for each person staying in the apartment for the purpose of registering with the tourist association. Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the apartment.
No smoking inside the apartment, please smoke only at the balcony / terrace.
Please obey the night silence, so that you as well as other guests can enjoy the holidays. This is a residential area, strictly no party or loud music allowed.
