House SAMSA in Rovinj-Borik is situated in the quiet residential area Borik (“Pinewood”), an area abundant in trees and flower filled gardens, on the outskirts of the picturesque town of Rovinj, only 250 m from the beach. The Supermarket and Restaurants are ca. 150 m from our house.
Our house is equipped with everything you need for a relaxed holiday at the sea. Families and children are very welcome. You can reach the beach in 5 minutes on foot either along the forest path or through the village. The centre of Rovinj with its medieval narrow streets is only 2,5 km away.
You can choose between a separate 3-room-holiday home A4+1 for 2-5 people with a big terrace and direct approach to the garden, a 2-room-apartment A2+2 for 2-4 people and a 1-room-studio S2 for 1-2 people, both on the 1st floor of the adjacent house.
All units are equipped with kitchen utensils, bed linen, towels, kitchen towels, cleaning utensils etc. Air-conditioning, digital Sat-TV and Wi-Fi internet is included in each unit. Use of a washing machine in the basement of the main house available available to all our guests at no extra cost.
